Airbnb
- Cancellation policy is Moderate: Free cancellations are permitted up to 5 days before the start of the stay. Cancellations less than 5 days before the start of a stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Airbnb does not charge a damage deposit, but they hold funds 2 days before the start of your stay, which is released after you check out if no disputes are raised.
- partial payment on booking with the remainder payable at a later date
- END CLEANING FEE is included in your Airbnb payment.
VRBO
- Cancellation policy is Relaxed: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the stay are fully refundable. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Damage deposit may be charged at the time of booking.
- partial payment on booking with the remainder payable at a later date. Vrbo also enables monthly payments for those that qualify for Affirm
- END CLEANING FEE is always cash on arrival
Direct
- Cancellation policy is Relaxed: Cancellations made up to 14 days before the start of the stay are fully refundable. Cancellations made up to 7 days before the start of the stay will receive a 50% refund.
- No Damage Deposit.
- USD 500 downpayment when booking, with the remainder payable 14 days before arrival or in cash upon arrival. Payments available with ZELLE, PAYPAL, CREDITCARD (no American Expres), BANK TRANSFER and CASH ON ARRIVAL (some payment methods involve bank costs, PayPal 3.5%, Creditcard 4.5%)
- END CLEANING FEE is always cash on arrival
