Casa Mia NV is a small Vacation Rental Management company. We, Jose and Rixt, the owners, started this rental business together in 2014. Jose has worked for many years in the hospitality industry and Rixt worked more than 15 years at a Notary Office before they started their own Vacation Rental Company together. We started with our own villa and from there we expanded till where we are today, around 25 villas in the best area of the Island, Westpunt.
We have the objective of managing a limited number of houses in the northern region of Aruba. We have no ambition to become the largest rental company of Aruba and therefore we are selective with who we work with. This way we hope to maintain a smooth partnership with the homeowners and have enough time to produce very clean homes and give great service to our guests.

This ensures full transparency in our operations. Our rental prices are inclusive of a 12.5% tourist tax and a USD 3 per night Special Accommodation Tax (BBV). As the property owner, you are responsible for the monthly tax payments. Our accountant is available to assist you with your monthly tax filings or with setting up your BOI account through the Aruba Tax Department.
