"If you like the pictures of this house, then you will be in love with the home because the pictures are 100% accurate representation of what you get. In fact, I might even say the home is even lovelier in person. I thought my favorite thing would be the pool, but I honestly think it is the view from the rooftop. I made sure to be home in time to watch the sunset twice from up there, and it was the best view of the sunset that I got while I was in Aruba. The home is spacious, but feels cozy at the same time. I love the island in the kitchen. It was the perfect place to cook and talk, and I also love outdoor dining area near the pool. I will say the home is a little bit off the beaten path, so I would definitely suggest renting a car, although we had no trouble getting taxis if needed. The beds were very comfortable, all the room sizes were nice, and there are three showers, and they are all amazing. I highly, highly recommend this home. It’s a large part of what made my trip so special."

"I loved staying at Safir 18. This home was open and spacious with excellent air flow and situated in a peaceful neighborhood. Each room was nicely decorated and clean and the kitchen was well equip with anything you might need to prepare a meal. Its locations was just a short bike ride or drive away from some of the best beaches on the island for snorkeling, swimming, and kite surfing and was in close proximity to local grocery stores and the large hotels with ample shopping and great restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance."

"My husband and I and our 3 grown boys stayed for a week at Las Islas in August. Great location , near the high rise hotels , restaurants, grocery, night life, palm beach, etc... within walking distance. The Condo was very clean and spacious. Rixt and Jose are wonderful hosts and excellent with communication. (responding promptly to questions, or if you need something)
Our son needed to take college final exams online and they provided us with a printer scanner. Our Condo lacked a couple amenities ( large bowl for salad, can opener, beach chairs didn't work). We made it through without calling Jose. When we told him as we were getting ready to leave for home ( so sad!!), Jose was very receptive and wrote down the things we said were missing.
The pool at our Condo was very nice and had an outside shower to rinse off. We met some very nice folks at the pool.
I highly recommend Las Islas and I am hoping to return in the next couple of years."

"My husband and I and 2 other couples just spent 10 lovely days in Aruba and stayed at Topaz 35 and we enjoyed it very much. It was perfect for 3 couples. We didn't have any major issues but what small issues we did have, Jose was right there to fix it. Jose and Rixt through out all my planning were there for any questions I had. Thank you Jose and Rixt for making the housing part of our vacation hassle free. We will definitely be staying at Topaz 35 another time or one of your other homes. Thank you."

"We were met by Jose upon arrival from the Airport .The drive is appx 15 min from the airport look carefully as you pass the McDonalds on the left you will only see the condos . The place is beautiful and only steps from the pool !! The mornings you can set on the patio with little sun but the afternoon is blazing hot ! We had a couple small issues with items in the condo but Jose returned text and had them fixed .We would definitely stay again with Jose at this property or another. I would recommend renting a car for groceries and site seeing. We walked during daylight hours with no problems The night time we didn’t feel comfortable walking through the alley to the beach area . "We really loved this Condo. It was so calm compared to our previous trips to Aruba in the large hotels. I especially enjoyed being able to really relax and have privacy, no housekeepers barging in or annoying calls for timeshare sales meetings. We cooked in or used the grill outside and we stayed on a great budget which meant we could stay 10 days instead of 7.

Only great things to say about the Marin Family. Very organized and punctual and reliable. The Condo was spotlessly clean and had all we need really.

"This house was gorgeous. The pool was perfect for a few people to stay cool and relax. I loved the ability to be able to cook our fresh catch on the grill, dine outside, do laundry, yet be sooo close to great beaches and dining. I would totally be up for another visit. This was my sister and brother in law's first trip to Aruba and they enjoyed every bit of it. This was our third trip and first time renting a house. I would not do it any other way in the future."

"As a family of 7, we stayed here recently and it did not disappoint. It was a much larger house than we had thought from the pictures. It gave everybody space to do their own thing. I was concerned about the rooms outside not being connected to the house but it turned out to be fine, even with a two year old. It was immaculately clean an had everything we needed. The beach chairs came in really handy. We had some issues with the alarm, which was caused by a power outage but Jose and Rixt were there with a qiuck response. Having our own pool was one of the best thing about the house. We will definitely be back, Many thanks for a great vacation. Would highly recommend."

"Topaz 35 is amazing and is even better in person than in the pictures. The house is in immaculate condition, luxurious, and just as the description describes. It was a pleasure to be able to call it our home while we were in Aruba. The pool area is like having a resort all to yourself and each bedroom has its own bathroom and private patio. It doesn't get much better than Topaz 35. Jose and Rixt were extremely helpful and super responsive if I needed anything. Don't even worry about going over on the electric and water, it's more than enough! If I ever get the pleasure to return to Aruba, I'll definitely be staying here again. Thank you!"

"We enjoyed our stay very much, The lanai and pool area were great. We used the grill to cook some fresh fish we bought on the Jolly Pirate Pier from the charter boats. Beds were very comfortable and rooms very private. TV's in all the rooms and along with beach chairs and a cooler that we used almost every day. House is near the beaches and restaurants but would recommend renting a car. There are dogs in the neighborhood that did get loud a few nights, We contacted Jose and he took care of it right away. It was easy to go over the allotted electric per day. Must be mindful of that. Overall, it was a beautiful home and a pleasure to meet Jose."

"This was out first visit staying in Aruba and this house was PERFECT! We stayed 6 nights. It was very clean and super spacious. It has everything you need for your visit. "Our trip and stay in Aruba was simply AHHHMAZING! This condo met our needs and exceeded our expectations on many levels. We had everything that we needed and were in walking distance to the beach, restaurants and shopping. The condo was emmaculate upon arrival and our host, Jose was very nice and welcoming. This was my first time renting a home abroad and I can’t say enough about how easy the Marin’s made the process. Communication was great between us. They are truly super hosts for sure and will make sure that you are taken care of during your visit. I am already planning my annual girls trip and this unit is at the top of my list!

"We recently traveled to Aruba with our "children"(ages 16-29). There were 8 of us all together. This home was perfect for us. From the WOW factor when we entered to the very end, we loved it. Both Jose and Rixt made sure everything was satisfactory and when little issues presented themselves they were right on them fixing them. The home is on a nice street close to the high rises. The full and large kitchen was great and we used the gas grill as well. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone. "My best friend and I stayed here for our college graduation trip, and we loved it! It is updated and plenty of space for 2 people. The only thing to be mindful of is the electricity and water usage, since you can be charged extra if you go over the allotted amount, but if you plan on being out and about during the day and only home at night then it works perfectly! Jose was very sweet and helpful, and a perfect host for our first trip to Aruba! We will definitely be back!"

"We loved staying at this house. It had everything we needed for our 9 night stay over New Years. We’ve been to Aruba multiple times, staying at resorts and other rentals. This was the best we’ve found so far. Jose met us promptly for check in and showed us around. There were plenty of dishes, glassware, towels, etc. Proximity to our favourite beach and snorkelling spot (Arashi and Boca Catalina) was about 5 minutes. Also very close to the high rise hotels and all the restaurants etc of that area. The pool and lounge chairs were perfect for relaxing in the afternoon and evening. We would definitely rent this property again, and would recommend Jose & Rixt as hosts for any property."

"Christmas on Aruba and our stay at Safir 18 could not have been better. Our family has stayed at this Villa several times over the years. We absolute enjoy the location, layout, individual space and my personal favorite the pool, BBQ and backyard privacy. Once again Safir 18 became our home away from home for our vacation. The property management firm of Casa Mia; Jose and Rixt are top notch great people. We found the property to be exactly as portrayed in the photos, clean and inviting. The location is perfect to our favorite beaches as well as our evening plans near the high-rise area and Palm Beach. Our family of 6 was very comfortable within the footprint of this home and enjoyed the privacy of our own bedrooms and space. The kitchen is large enough for all to meet and discuss the day’s plan over breakfast ending with my personal favorite; an afternoon private pool side music/cocktail/swim. Jose and Rixt were and are friendly accommodating hosts, I would highly recommend Safir 18 as we look forward to scheduling or next visit to Aruba with Casa Mia. Thank you Jose and Rixt."

"My husband and I stayed here for a week and the house gave us everything we could have asked for & more. Leading up to our trip, Rixt and Jose were very responsive and helpful with any questions we had. While we were there, Anouk & Jose were very responsive and helpful with suggestions on what to do, where to eat, etc. The house was a perfect location for us, as it was a short drive from the airport and even shorter drive from several beaches, restaurants, and Superfoods. Since it was just the two of us, we only needed one of the three bedrooms but all bedrooms were very nice with attached bathrooms. The kitchen was equipped with any kitchen utensil & gadget we could have needed. There were plenty of grilling utensils as well. Last, but certainly not least, the pool was amazing!! We spent quite a bit of time out there enjoying the sun & pool. Everything about our experience was outstanding. We highly recommend this Villa!"

"This condo was perfect in so many ways. Cab ride was $25 from the airport and Mr Marin was there to meet us. Three good size bedrooms, greatly stocked kitchen and overall clean and well kept. The condo is a "one scoop gelato" walk away from the street that has everything. Great restaurant, casinos, hotels, beaches and stores. Every morning we enjoyed coffee on the patio right in front of the pool. When we go back to aruba, we will be staying here again! "

"We rented this home with 3 other couples and really enjoyed it. The house is shaped like a U with a pool area in the middle. The 2 bedrooms with queen beds are only accessible from the outside pool area. They are not connected internally to the house. That was not a problem with our set up, but might be an issue with large families staying here, so I thought I'd mention it. The house was very clean and Jose was a wonderful host. This house is located in a nice area and wasn't very far from the lighthouse. And there was a Super Foods Grocery store only a few miles away. The kitchen is loaded with all of the pots, pans, dishes and utensils you need. We ran the air conditioner most of the day for 3 days and only went over our allotment by $50. We were worried about that at first, but it turned out not to be as bad as we thought. We appreciated the 4 beach chairs and cooler there for our use. Nice to have a washer and dryer too. Lovely home and very nice hosts!"

"I traveled here with my mother and we both absolutely loved our stay! The condo was just as pictured - gorgeous! I had been to Aruba before so we didn't need much guidance from the hosts, but they were so kind and helpful in all interactions leading up to and during our stay. We really appreciated the extra touches like extra hand towels, beach towels, and beach chairs. We were a bit concerned with the electricity and water limits at first but had no trouble with them throughout our 7 day stay (also this is common for the island). This was my first time staying at a rental rather than resort and we will definitely be back. Amazing experience and amazing place to stay!"

"We rented this Condo in Las Islas for our honeymoon last week and I have to say it was better than what I expected. It had the luxury and comfort we were looking for but also the privacy we wanted. I especially liked the location, we were minutes away from restaurants and clubs. The beach was just a minute away. The Condo is beautiful and comfortable and the owners did a great job to make it feel welcoming. José was a great host, he met us when we arrived and showed us all the ins and outs and was there if we had any questions. Our honeymoon was amazing and we will surely be back for more Aruba!"

"This house was fantastic. Very spacious, confortable and located in a nice neighborhood away from traffic and noise. We had a wonderful time in Aruba and spend sometime enjoying the beautiful house. The property is big, has a wonderful swimminpool a BBQ grill and is very secured. Three rooms with a bathroom each, a huge kitchen, dinning space and living area in one big space makes it nice for the entire familie to bond and socialize. Air conditioning in the entire house, washing and drying machines, dishwasher, everything fully equipped. We would highly recommend this house to everyone. You do need to have a car to move around since the house in away from the noisy areas, but that is what makes it a nice place, quiet and muy tranquilo..."

"What a beautiful home! Our group traveled to Aruba for an anniversary celebration. There were three couples. This home was perfect for us. The living area was separated from the bedrooms which was great for early risers. Each of the three bedrooms had their own bathrooms and there was an extra half bath for everyone to use. We had all of the latest amenities (wifi, four flatscreen TVs total) as well as a gorgeous pool for us to cool off in. We didn't use the barbecue but wish we had. And the kitchen has everything you could possibly need or want. The entire home was very clean, well organized and very safe (easy alarm system). And the location was very convenient to the high rise area. The two times I contacted Jose while we were there, he responded to me so quickly. I would absolutely recommend the Marin family's properties."

"The home was beautiful and spacious! The kitchen was well equipped and could accommodate a full house, if needed. The bedrooms were large, bright and sunny, and beds were comfortable. We did not use air conditioning because the breeze was constant and very pleasurable, but it was nice to know it was available. The grounds were immaculate and beautifully landscaped. So lush and green! The pool was wonderful and was used frequently. The location of the home was central to everything we did. It was just a bike ride from the beaches, snorkeling, trails, kite boarding, golf, great restaurants, etc. Our favorite restaurant of the trip was 5 mins away, the Lighthouse. It was a wonderful stay, and we will go back again!"

"The Marin family were wonderful hosts! The apartment was everything we had hoped for and more. It was super clean, comfortable and on a lovely road. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals. There is a lovely outdoor space with a table and chairs where we enjoyed our morning coffee & evening cocktail. They had plenty of beach towels for us to us as well as a cooler & beach chairs. Both Rixt & Jose were most helpful in telling us where to go, shops, dining suggestions. Rixt was so kind as to help us arrange a rental car and even drove us to the rental car office to pick up the car. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend this apartment. "My husband and I stayed at Esmeralda 38 for our honeymoon from July 11-16th and we could not have booked a better place! This house is exactly as pictured/described and allowed us the privacy we were looking for to spend our first week together as husband and wife. The house itself is very clean and nice, and is at the end of the road that overlooks a vast area of land (it was dry during our stay) but you can slightly see the ocean from the house as well. The sunsets from the backyard were amazing and the infinity pool was one of our favorite parts about this property. Although there were only 2 of us, this house has 3 bedrooms that each have their own private bathroom with nice shower and we definitely plan to book this home again with family/friends next time! Not only is the house incredible itself, but it is in a perfect location on the island, not far from the high rise hotels and very close to the beach and beautiful views from up at the lighthouse. The Marin Family was extremely accommodating and always accessible, as well as their property manager Anouk (who checked us in because the family was away on their own vacation) was very warm and welcoming to us and answered all of our questions. We got to briefly meet Jose during our checkout and he was very friendly and easy to talk to. We loved our stay at Esmeralda 38 and definitely plan to book here again in the future! "We stayed in Aruba from April 10-14, 2017 for our family vacation. We were traveling with our kids, age 14 & 18. It was their spring break and we decided a house might be a better option for our family vacation instead of one of the larger condo complexes. We were very happy with our decision as we were able to spend quality family time in a private setting without a lot of outside distractions. The house had a beautiful open floor plan. The bedrooms were spacious and each had their own beautiful bath. Oh... and the backyard! It was beautiful! It was open but very private. The openness of the backyard allowed for the ocean breeze to flow freely making it very comfortable even in the middle of the day. I loved waking up each morning to the swaying palm trees by the pool. We would enjoy our coffee on the veranda while listening to the water cascading over the infinity pool wall. On a couple of mornings we even watched the cruise ships as they were coming into port. There were floats, beach chairs and even an umbrella that we were able to use for our daily trips to the beaches to swim and snorkel. When we would return in the afternoon we would enjoy a refreshing dip in the beautiful infinity pool. We were pleasantly surprised by its size and depth making it perfect for our family of four. We dined on the veranda in the afternoon as we watched the sailboats in the distance as they returned from the excursions. We are so glad we chose this property for our family vacation! We were able to make memories as a family that will last a lifetime!"

"We just returned from an amazing 2 week stay at Topaz 8 in Aruba, a gorgeous home managed by Casa Mia Aruba. Aruba is our favourite island and Topaz 8 is our new favourite place to stay. We have been staying at a time share hotel for years and we loved it but i can't see us ever going back to a hotel after this experience. The home is unbelievably well appointed and comfortably sleeps 8. The kitchen is beautiful, as are the bathrooms. All very modern, clean and with everything you would want from a luxury hotel. The "piece de resistance" is the backyard oasis, featuring a beautiful pool, a covered porch where we enjoyed many dinners, a partially shaded pergola with lounge chairs and it even has a a restroom located near the pool deck (so you don't have soaking wet kids walking through the house to use the bathroom). The pool area became our favorite place to hang out, day and night. The privacy, and peace and quiet (interrupted only by the sound of birds chirping) was just what the doctor ordered. The home is located a few km away from the palm beach section of Aruba, with its great restaurants, cafés and shops....we would meet up with friends and family at the beach once in a while but we really loved just hanging out at the house. I recommend renting a car rather than relying on taxis. If you have a family of 5 or more and want to try something other than a typical hotel experience, contact Casa Mia Aruba and inquire about Topaz 8 or one of the many other vacation homes that they manage. Jose and his wife Rixt are wonderful and very responsive if something requires their attention."

"This house was perfect! We came for a family wedding and needed a house for 6 adults and 1 child. 33 Esmeralda was the perfect fit as it was spacious, family friendly and private. The house is even more beautiful in person and the hosts have thought of everything - from towels, to kitchen supplies, to even the little pool floaties! Jose was also great to work with and explained everything in detail. He even provided a full binder of house rules, recommendations on restaurants, tours and taxicabs. He was a tremendous help when we also had a mishap with the alarm system. He was there within minutes and was very accessible. Again, I cannot stress enough of how much we enjoyed it in Aruba and at 33 Esmeralda. We had a great time and would recommend this property to anyone looking for a large family home to rent out. Just one thing though, since it is a bit far North, we would also recommend renting a car for your stay as taxis are hard to contact and don't drive through the neighbourhood that often. Like I said it is a very private neighbourhood, but if you do need to get around and tour the island, we would recommend a car. Other than that, we couldn't have asked for more! "Great place to unwind! Close to beaches on the north/east end. Not far to any beach, really. Good, clean, spacious with security alarms for protection. The patio was really nice for enjoying food cooked at the villa. There were all sorts of cooking utensils and necessities. Way more than enough drinking glasses and such. The 3 bedrooms had nice bathrooms, although 1 was not directly connected. There was also a loft bed that had a shade which could be pulled down for privacy. Washing machine available. No dryer -- just a clothesline, but things dried pretty quickly there. About the beaches, just a note on the Baby Beach at the southern end of the island. It was nice and serene, but there were a lot of bees hanging around. The Big Mama's burger restaurant right on that beach was a little overpriced, but basically the only thing available. The northern beaches were a little more energetic. But snorkeling was found possible at all the beaches. Overall, the island was pretty awesome. The stay was great. Would definitely recommend Topaz Pearl Villa."

"I stayed at this luxury Noord villa with my wife and mother in law for 10 days on a well deserved vacation. This house is remarkable and one of the better vacation rentals we have stayed at to date. The villa is all well appointed, very modern and tastefully decorated throughout. Kitchen is fairly complete with most everything you need to prepare fabulous meals although having some more supplied Tupperware containers would be nice for leftovers. The pool is fantastic for lounging in with drinks on the super hot and sunny Aruba afternoons. Bedrooms are very comfortable and private and each has an attached en suite bathroom. Jose the property manager was very responsive to the few issues we encountered during our stay. He would usually answer my text inquiries within minutes and could be on the property within an hour or so afterwards if necessary. The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood since it is on a crescent with local only traffic. You are only about a 5 drive from Eagle Beach and the many popular restaurants, etc. Definitely consider this property for stays in Aruba of 3 or more people. You wont be disappointed.!"

"We came to aruba for the first time and we were not disapointed. First, Jose as welcome us very kindly, explaining the way things works in the villa and giving advices for beachs and restaurants. He even bring me to the closest market to buy some food. The place is exactely as describe and identical at the pictures. We were 8 with 1 baby and did not feel squezzed at all. Thanks for the great stay. Ps... the closest market is the ting wei and has plenty of stuff but only take credit from 20 us ;)!"

"Everything as described. We are kind of picky travelers, but this property did not disappoint us. Due to its layout, this villa is perfect for 3 families travelling together. Huge sitting&dinning room, kitchen has everything one may need, the bedrooms are away from the main sitting room, so no worry to disturb the others if you wake up early. Each bedroom has its own bathroom, nice big shower cabin. Backyard and pool area nicely furnished, with enough sitting places for all of us. Air conditioning working very well in all areas. We turned it off when we left and on when we were in and we only consumed about 2/3 of the electricity quota included. We did not exceed the water quota either, so the amounts included are sufficient. Very nice and safe neighborhood, close (2-3 min by car) to the Arashi beach (our preferred beach) as well as Palm and Eagle Beach. "To begin, Jose & Rixt were outstanding hosts. Rixt was so quick to respond answering questions and with the communication not only prior to booking but also during the whole process. They have great information that was helpful and great to have for the pre-trip as well as during the trip. From the moment we arrived in Aruba Jose was attentive, friendly, helpful, and punctual. The property was incredible, and the photos don't do it justice. We thought it looked great in pictures but we're even more impressed in person. Everything was just as we'd hoped. The kitchen was well appointed with all the necessary items and then some. The indoor and outdoor eating areas were great. The small appliances were great to have onsite....especially the coffee maker as my wife and I are coffee nuts and likely wouldn't have survived without it 🙂 The bedrooms large and well kept. Very comfortable beds, lots of space for our clothing, and the bathrooms were clean and showers spacious. The pool area is an oasis. The backyard received full sun beginning in the late morning through to sundown. Plenty of comfortable chairs made spending countless hours relaxing poolside a real pleasure. The covered outdoor patio furniture made an ideal space to relax out of the sun for a late afternoon drink or during the brief rain showers. To Jose and Rixt we want to thank you for being incredible hosts and for making our vacation truly something special. We would highly recommend this property and will definitely look forward to staying again."

"If you are planning to stay in Aruba, your search should end here. My family (mom, dad, brother and I) spent a relaxing and wonderful week at this incredible house. The house was the perfect size and in a great location (only a mile from the "High Rise" section of Noord). We spent most days lounging by the pool and swimming with music playing (great wifi connectivity for streaming music). We also took the short trip to the beach by the California Lighthouse to enjoy the sand and ocean. At night we were in close proximity of many great restaurants for dinner (thanks to recommendations by the Marin's). We also were able to spend a couple nights in and stream movies (again, the wifi was great). We were also given peace of mind as the house is equipped with a full and easy to use security system, not that it is needed on the happy island of Aruba."

"Our family of 5 stayed at Esmeralda 38 for our family vacation to Aruba. This place is awesome. It had tons of room. Large kitchen and family room area. 3 big bedrooms and each has their own bathroom. The outdoor patio and swimming pool were amazing. We ate breakfasts outside and spent time in the pool every day we were there. We felt very safe as the house has a full security system we could set when we left for the day.

The property has great privacy as it sits in a cul de sac and backs up to an open space that looks like a big retainage pond for when it rains.

The house is well appointed. Kitchen is well equipped. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of little details that made our trip very enjoyable. They even had beach chairs, beach towels, and a cooler for trips to the beach. It's literally 5 minutes from 3-4 great beaches on the North side of the island.

I would highly recommend renting this home. You won't be disappointed."

"Getting to spend two weeks on vacation in Aruba is fabulous enough, but staying at Villa Safir made it perfect. The home is located in a great neighborhood. The bus stop, grocery store and bike/surf shop are a short walk.
The house has everything needed to cook in, or out on the outdoor grill. And there are two dining areas poolside and a family dining table inside. Since I am on a strict diet, cooking in was our preference. And making meals with the Bose music / radio in the kitchen was a pleasure.
I found the house clean, beds comfortable and everything in good, working order. It was handy to have an outdoor shower near the pool to take off the sand from our daily trips to the beach.
We traveled in our rented car to all parts of the island. We spent a day at the Arikok National Park where we went to the caves. The park rangers were knowledgeable, friendly and enjoyed sharing. We spent time at Palm beach near the house and traveled down to Baby Beach to snorkel. And to Boca Grande beach to photograph kite boarders.
At the bird sanctuary we saw a variety of birds including pink flamingos. But you want to get there early.
I arrived the weekend of the Soul Music festival There was lots of free music and entertainment at all the local bars and resort hotels.
I would highly recommend a vacation stay at the Villa Safir. It was absolutely perfect."

"We really enjoyed our stay. The house had everything we needed and then some. It's in a great location (considering the island is not large). Every excursion had a pickup location approx. 2 mins away.
We had one issue with a missing iron, and a replacement was delivered to us timely. We were slightly concerned with going over on the water and electric limits, but to my surprise at checkout, they give enough leeway that it was not an issue.
We would recommend extra towels and extra rolls of paper towels/toilet paper. Only one bathroom had extra toilet paper and it was passed between 2 of the 4 bathrooms in the house.
We would rent from them again if we return to Aruba."

"This house was awesome!!!!! We had 10 people staying in the house and had plenty of room for everyone. The house is extremely spacious, clean, has up to date décor, and has everything you need to make your stay extremely pleasant. The kitchen is huge!!!! I love to cook and with everyone helping prepare meals there was more than enough room to move around. There are 2 spacious Master Bedrooms and 3 spacious bedrooms with comfortable beds. There are 3.5 bathrooms that have powerful showers and accommodate 10 people without a problem. The towels (House & Beach) that are provided are very clean and great quality. The pool is huge and gives children a chance to swim to their hearts are content and adults can use the grill. There is nothing better than grilling next to the pool my friends. The pool was cleaned twice by a very nice gentlemen during our 6 night stay. There is a shower next to the pool and a utility room with full size washer and dryer behind the pool shower. The pool area has a high wall that provides great privacy.

The house is located less than a mile behind the Ritz Carlton Resort in the Malmok Area, 3 to 5 minutes from the beach and the neighborhood is peaceful and quiet. The owners, Jose & Rixt Marin are very kind, courteous and professional and they will try to meet reasonable request if possible. You could not ask for better owners than the Marins. When we come back to Aruba we will be staying at Opal 9 again. Thank You Jose and Rixt and we hope to see Y’all soon.."

They also provided detailed information on local activities, restaurants, shopping etc., plus clear and easy to follow directions for virtually everything we required during our week there. If we had to make any recommendations (which is difficult when the rental was pretty much perfect!), we would suggest that a few small tables for the lounge chairs would be nice so that there was a place to put drinks, books etc. while relaxing by the pool. Also a few more pool toys (we are pool owners so are used to having lots of toys) would be great, although there were a few inner tubes which were fun. Overall, we have nothing but highly positive praise for this beautiful property and lovely couple, you won't find better in Aruba!"

"Aruba is our favorite place in the world and we spent 5 weeks at Safir 15 this past winter. The accommodations were excellent. With all the room, we had friends and family visiting throughout our stay and it was a perfect arrangement. "The apartment/condo was great. Space was more than adequate for a family of four.
Everything was clean.
Location was great the walk to Palm Beach was quick. Most of the reviews I read said you didn't need a car rental. I would say you don't need a car rental if you are planning on only staying in the Palm Beach area exclusively. If you are planning on making a lot of the meals at the apartment I would recommend you have a car rental or plan on having groceries delivered before you arrive. You also could use the rental car if you are planning on visiting other beaches and areas on the island. It is not a huge island and there is ample public transportation, but unless you have been to the island before and understand how this works it isn't the easiest to navigate and cabs get expensive.
We would definitely visit the island again and stay at this same property!"

"Jose and Rixt were great hosts. This house is beautiful and perfect for families or a group of friends. Each room has its own bathroom which was nice and three of the rooms have doors to the outside. The pool was amazing. There really isn’t a negative thing to say about it all. We will definitely go back to his properties.

Note: bring wash clothes is you use them for your face. This was the only thing the house lacked in my opinion. Make sure you have off or some sort of mosquito repellent they like hanging out around the house. Jose did treat the inside for them.

Enjoyed, enjoyed this house. I am a travel agent and will be recommending his properties to my clients as well.

"The house is absolutely amazing and is exactly as shown in the pictures. Even though we rented it as a family of 4, the house has a ton of space and you could easily have 2-3 families in the house without feeling crowded. The house is equipped with all the amenities of home especially in the kitchen. They also provide plenty of beach and bath towels which is a plus. The beds and pillows are super comfortable. The entire house, beds & linens are all kept extremely clean. The house is in a great, quiet neighborhood and only a minute or two by car from some of the best snorkeling beaches. Our favorite part of the house was the pool and garden area. It is absolutely beautiful and well-kept. You truly felt you were in an island oasis when on the back patio. We enjoyed our afternoons relaxing with drinks and swimming. We would definitely choose this place again when we return."

"We were contacted before our journey to Aruba by the owners to confirm directions and arrival instructions. Jose met us as we arrived at the villa in the early evening and took the time to show us all the wonderful features of the home along with sound advice on running the air conditioning etc. We soon settled in to our holiday home, first morning spent drooling over superfood's shelves to stock up with all the provisions we needed for the first week. We spent time on a few different beaches, including Eagle beach which is referred to as the 3rd best beach in the world. However our favourite was the local Arashi beach where we spent many hours in the lovely waters and enjoying the stunning sunsets. Our boys enjoyed a few sessions at a small splash park on Surfside Beach, and also the visit on our last day to Palm Island. It was sad to tidy our belongings away today, but we leave very relaxed, happy and thinking when will we get back to this island. The villa offers everything you need to enjoy a relaxing holiday either in or alongside the well maintained swimming pool, or as a base to explore the many beaches, restaurants, and attractions Aruba offers. "My family and I spent the last few days of our vacation in Safir 9 (6/14-6/18) and it exceeded our expectations! This was our first time renting a home and was pretty nervous about it. But once we walked in, all of the doubt left and we couldn't have been happier with our choice. This home was the perfect size for our group; 4 adults and 3 kids (16,10,5). Communication with Jose/Rixt was quick and easy. They are very accommodating and answered all the questions I had. Everything you see in the photos is what you see when you get there- even better! The home was equipped with everything you need, from cookware and dinnerware to beach towels and chairs (awesome chairs by the way). We ended up exploring the island (which is why we wanted to rent a house) and the property is close to the main road which gets you everywhere you want to go. The area where this home is located is well lit with street lamps which puts you at ease when driving back after 10pm. Palm beach (hotel area) is a quick 4 minute drive, Super Foods/Eagle Beach is 10 min, California Lighthouse and Arashi Beach (which I have to say is the BEST beach on the island) is only 10 minutes away and Baby Beach is about 35. The entire house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The pool was perfect and having a shower/washroom outside was great. The water pressure for the showers and sinks were strong and the air-conditioning units made the rooms nice and cold. If you're not sure on what to do, take advantage of the binder they have which lists all activities and restaurants on the island. Wi-fi worked well, only negative was we had issues with the t.v. in the living room- but didn't care for it since we were in ARUBA!
We highly recommend Safir 9 and will definitely rent with the Marin Family again!! We can't wait to come back =)"

"Wow! Safir 19 is PERFECT! Located in a great place...close to everything. The island is small but beautiful and you're literally not far (by car) from anything. The house was as described...even more beautiful in person. Private access to pool and outdoor area a plus! Neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. All amenities you could think of. WiFi works FANTASTIC! Beautiful weather all the time. I would definitely recommend this home to anyone! Great value is an understatement. Exceptional customer service and hospitality. Jose was one of the nicest hosts that we've encountered. "We stayed at Aruba Noord, Safire 18 house for a week in January 2017. Our experience was very pleasant from checking-in, enjoying the house and checking-out. The Marin family sent us all valuable information before the trip-directions, tips for activities, etc. Jose waited for us in the house after we called him from the car on the way from the airport. He showed us around, offered help should we need anything during our stay. The house-villa, is gorgeous, spacious, and very private, in a quiet neighborhood, yet not far from the beaches, restaurants and a lighthouse with great views. It is nicely appointed, comfortable, with all the amenities you can think of. The kitchen was better equipped than ours.... Wi-fi worked without interruptions, pool was indulging, outdoor shower handy after coming from the beach with sandy feet... We rented a car, so appreciated the automated gate to a spacious parking spot or a 2-car garage.... We shared the property with a family of birds, who had a nest on the palm above the pool and had new babies. Mommy and daddy were busy all day feeding the little hatchlings. It was almost uncomfortable to watch them working so hard while we enjoyed "dolce far niente". (I am sure a young lady Denisa, Jose's beautiful daughter, who is turning six in one week, will translate to her parents, what "dolce far niente" means, as she speaks several languages... Happy birthday, Denisa:) Overall great experience, easy check-out, Jose went out of his way to accommodate our later check-out. Very lovely people, lovely place, lovely vacation... hope to come back.."

"My wife and I spent the most fabulous two weeks ever here! The house is exactly as in the photos and spotlessly clean. Fully equipped kitchen with everything you'd need (bring your own condiments etc if planning to cook) A great ensuite bathroom to each bedroom. If there are only two of you, you can spread out a bit with all the space, much better than a hotel room! Great air con which is essential in Aruba and plenty of hot water for showers etc. lots of huge white towels and spare bedding. Oh and a really comfortable bed! The house is just a short 20 minute drive from the airport and very easy to find, just head north and you're there! Jose is a most warm and welcoming host, a very friendly and happy man. We had no need to contact him during our stay as everything was just perfect. The house is situated in a very safe and quiet complex where there are three swimming pool areas to choose from which are just a couple of minutes walk away either side of the house, everything is spotless and well kept. On most days we were the only people around, so we had the pool to ourselves a lot of the time! There are barbecue areas at each pool so you can bbq for yourself if you like. At the clubhouse there is a great pool and bar (a little expensive) and free WiFi around the pool, tennis courts and gym, all included in our stay. Renting a car is advisable to get around, Arashi beach was our favourite most days and only a few minutes drive from the house. There are lots of beaches to choose from and the island is only about 50 minutes from one end to the other. we were sad to leave and will definitely come back at some point in the future. "We had an amazing time in Aruba over the holidays, and part of what made it so amazing was staying at Safir 9 and being hosted by Jose and his wife. We saw pictures and read reviews, but we are always skeptical because not all tastes and preferences are the same for all people, but in this case, they were. All reviews said that the house would be clean and spotless, and they would be available for us if we needed them. And it was and they were. We walked in the house, and it immediately smelled fresh. Upon our arrival, the pool guys also arrived to clean the pool, so it made us immediately think about jumping in later that evening. Jose met us at the house, gave us a tour, and spent as much time with us as we needed to make sure we have all our information, (house antics, alarm, entry, lights remotes etc), before he left. He also gave us his personal cell, and we connected on Whats App, which he responds to right away. They left us enough supplies and necessities that we didn't need to shopping right away, as well as beach chairs, towels, and floats that we could take with us as needed. There was a storm on NYEve, which made the power on one side of the house go out along with our wifi. We had plans that evening but wanted to be home to see street fireworks and FaceTime our family back home as well as watch the "ball drop" in NYC. Without wifi, we didn't think it would work out. We felt bad messaging him on NYE, but he left his family and the big, local NYE party to come over and help us. He was very gracious and kind and never seemed bothered to come on his holiday to help us out. He really made us feel like family and also helped comment us with a long list friend we had in Aruba. We know for sure that we will stay with them again when we go back to Aruba and may even try out some of their other homes that they own and are currently building. We give them a 5 star rating and would highly recommend them and their homes to everyone."

"We were a group of ten people that lived in this villa for two weeks in August. Let me say there was ample room for everyone. The house and pool were very clean. The outside area was absolutely gorgeous, we loved staying outside by the pool in the evenings (so relaxing). The neighborhood was safe and the beaches are just a 5 minute drive away. Jose the property manager was just great! He responded to our calls/emails promptly. There was an issue with the air conditioner in the little studio and he showed up in 5 minutes and immediately had it fixed. Amazing service!!! This was our second time that we rented a villa in Aruba and one of the items that makes a holiday a great success is if you have a property manager that cares and responds to your requests promptly. I have to say that Jose was part of making this holiday so great. I would highly recommend this property and if we come back to Aruba this will be the place we will be booking! Luisa D."
