This ground floor, 2 story condo is located at Condominium “Las Islas”, a gated and secured building next to Palm Beach Mall and the High-Rise Hotels (you are right behind the Hyatt Regency Hotel).
The space is clean and open and decorated tasteful and stylish. The whole condo is comfortably cool with great airconditioning in the living room and bedrooms.
Each bedroom has their own private bathroom, so this condo is perfect for three separate couples as well as a family. The first bedroom is located on the ground floor, while the other 2 bedrooms are located on the upper floor.
The bedrooms upstairs have a great walk-in closet, there have a safe to store your valuables, the bathrooms have hot water, we offer towels and hair dryers, we have a cooler and beach chairs to bring to the beach, Wifi! We have it all!
The open kitchen is fully stocked and includes a dishwasher, stove, hood, microwave, blender, coffee machine, fridge and more! The living area is spacious and you will have a nice view of the patio. From the balcony of the master bedroom you will have a great view over the pool. There is a great gas grill by the pool!
The property is entirely gated with an electronic fence to drive inside and park your car right in front of your condo.
To make your vacation perfect, there is a washer-dryer available so you can pack lightly.
We are masters in cleanliness, so this condo is spotless.

The building is very quiet because it is not a very large condominium and not all apartments are rented out, so there is plenty of privacy and space by the pool. No getting up at 5am to make sure you have a chair like by the busy hotels.

We own three condos right next to each other which makes this an ideal rental for large groups or wedding parties. The 9 bedrooms combined will make a spacious and comfortable vacation for 18 guests in total with 3 added pack and plays.
