This beautiful villa as been newly renovated and is clean and modern. The living area with large sofa is spacious and comfortable and completely airconditioned, and is connected to the kitchen. We have a large dining table and another sitting area to watch TV. Large glass doors give the home great light and a connected feel with the outdoor space. The sitting area on the patio is great, lounge chairs, dining table, outdoor kitchen, a sofa on the patio, a BBQ, and of course a beautiful swimming pool. An outdoor shower to complete things. All it needs is YOU on a float! All 3 bedrooms have airconditioning, we have 2 bathrooms with hot water, the house has an alarm system, washing machine, WiFi, a full equipped kitchen with all you need to comfortably prepare your dinners at home. We have great and easy to carry Tommy Bahama beach chairs for you as well so you will save a bundle on not having to rent chairs at the beach. All beaches in Aruba are public so you can just bring your chairs and enjoy the same beach as any hotel guest. The best part of this home is that the beach and all restaurants by the Palm Beach hotel strip are at walking distance. Just leave the property and walk 30 meters towards the end of the street and cross the main road and you are right by the PALM BEACH PLAZA MALL/ Taste of Belgium restaurant. From there you just pass the mall and you are by the Holiday Inn/Marriott Surfclub.
