Great and very comfortable 2 bedroom condo in a very good location. You just walk out of the door of your condo and you are in front of the Hospital in Aruba. You walk past the hospital to the Alahambra Casino and when you pass the casino there is the beach! The hotels you find right there are Manchebo/Bucutti, Aruba Beach Club/Casa del Mar, and Divi.
The Alahambra Casino is located at a great mall with shops, coffee places, and restaurants, so you can walk to any of those no problem!
Our condo is completely airconditioned and decked out with all the modern conveniences you need for a comfortable stay in this home away from home. Hot water, WiFi, modern and complete kitchen, TV in the living room and master bedroom, washer and dryer, beach chairs, towels, we have it ALL!
You have your own patio in the front with a great dining table and BBQ area, and in the back of your condo, you have another dining table. The back patio looks out at a very pretty landscaped garden. From here you walk about 40 steps to the pool.
The pool area is very pretty and has plenty of seats around the pool, as well as an outdoor shower and a cabana with some tables to enjoy some shade.

This condo is gated and when you drive up you enter a gate that is remote controlled. You will have a private parking spot designed for your condo, just 10 steps from your front door. At night there is security at your condo. We also have a safe for you to store your valuables!

This condo really has it all and ABOVE ALL, is spotless, and just refurbished and repainted. Brand new beds and linen!
