This stylish and clean vacation home lies nestled in a beautiful and popular area in Noord, called Bona Vista. Our home is number 4.
The property is a lovely, modern free standing home, located close to the beaches.

Our home is in a quiet residential area located at a 10 minutes drive to the Palm Beach Hotel area. This beautiful home offers 3 very nice air conditioned bedrooms, 2 full and modern bathrooms, a well equipped air conditioned kitchen-living room perfect to entertain and make some delicious dishes. The living room has a large tv, and our master bedroom has a TV too.

Our home expresses a Modern Caribbean décor and atmosphere.
There is a covered beautiful porch for outside breakfast, lunches and dinners so you can thoroughly enjoy the islands sunny climate.
In the enclosed backyard, you will find a private garden with a swimming pool, a porch with a dining table, a very comfortable lounge set and plenty of place to sit and relax, perfect to cool off on a very sunny day.
We have a gas BBQ so you can cook some great meals by the pool.

There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer, beach chairs and a cooler to bring to the beach.

We value your safety so we have an alarm system that is connected to a professional security company, as well as a safe so you can store your valuables.

There is space for at least 2, even 3 cars to park on the driveway.

Another great value is that Bona Vista has a clubhouse with a pool at 40 steps from your door. It is pictured at the end of the photo gallery, the blue building. Plenty of shade and lounge chairs, the pool is nice and big and there is a table inside to sit and have lunch. You are free to use this clubhouse any time!

From this home, you are only about 10 minutes away from the famous beaches like Arashi and Palm Beach. At the Palm Beach hotel strip you will find any restaurant, watersports, entertainment or shopping. You will be able to enjoy quiet and privacy at home, while all the hustle and bustle of the hotels is only minutes away,
All Aruba’s beaches are public so you can just bring your own beach chairs and enjoy any hotel beach and enjoy the same amenities as any hotel guest.
